Purpose:
Work in various training capacities over a defined timeframe to prepare for an Account Manager role
Learn and leverage Technology to support customers and the dealership
Responsibilities:
- Represents Bodensteiner Implement selling technology, equipment, & support packages
- Executes Technology Support Packages
- Performs Connected Support Service Calls
- Performs On Farm Technology Setup and Service Calls
- Assists with the preparation and execution of internal training and customer events
- Conducts new equipment field demonstrations and new equipment start-ups
- Assists Sales, Parts, and Service personnel with technology and equipment support
- Assists Store Sales Manager with Sales Administration functions (advertising, walk-ins, etc)
- Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership
- Attends applicable sales training events
- Knows and follows our defined sales process
- Maintains current knowledge of financing options
Requirements:
- Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to embrace technology and stay at the leading edge of new product offerings
- Ability to use standard desktop Microsoft Office applications and internet functions
- Ability to work flexible hours (including a rotating Saturday morning schedule)
- Excellent customer relationship skills
